A Celebration of Phoebe A. Hearst Elementary

Friday, May 2, 2025 - 6 pm to 10 pm
 

Join us for this four-hour jungle adventure as we swing into action with our Phoebe community, welcome our Kindergarten Families into the heart of the wild, and bid a roaring farewell to our 6th-grade families embarking on new horizons! This evening fundraiser will feature live and silent auctions, a buffet dinner, and a no-host watering hole. Whether you have your eye on the coveted Reserved Parking Spot, Front Row Tickets for the 6th-grade Promotion, or you're just ready for some kid-free excitement, don't get left in the wilderness—join us as we blaze a trail into an unforgettable night!

Ticket Information

• Tickets go on sale March 17, 8:00 am
• Each registration includes appetizers, a buffet-style meal, and a drink ticket
• Only 3 exclusive, reserved tables will be available - each including 8 registration tickets, additional drink tickets, and a front-row seat to the auction!

$70 - Single Ticket, $130 - Pairs Tickets

Regular Registration, Apr 1 - Apr 21
$75 - Single Ticket, $140 - Pairs Tickets

Late Registration (If Available), Apr 22 - May 2
$85 - Single Ticket, $160 - Pairs Tickets

Phoebe Families - Donate an auction item to The Event
Help make our auctions a wild success by donating exciting weekend getaways or unique experiences to fuel our jungle adventure! We are seeking donations for our silent and live auctions and will highlight contributions that come from our Phoebe Families. If your family has a weekend getaway, please consider donating to support our school. Help us swing into success by donating:

• Weekend getaways to local retreats (such as a Tahoe Cabin, Napa Retreat, or Bayside Beach House)
• Items, services, or experiences—all contributing to a wild night of fun!

Ticket Refund Policy
As our expedition prepares to depart, we understand that things change. Refunds (minus a $10 fee per ticket) are available until April 4th. You may instead transfer tickets to another person for no charge. Please email The Event Crew below to request a refund or transfer.
