We want to extend a hearty thank you to everyone who set sail with us at The Event. We hope you had a splendid time navigating through the fun and festivities. We are overwhelmed with gratitude for your generous contributions to our amazing school! Your support is the wind in our sails, and it’s because of you that we can continue charting a course toward excellence in education and community.

Join Us at The Event

A Celebration of Phoebe A. Hearst Elementary
 

Join us for this four-hour tour as we say Ahoy to our Phoebe community, Welcome Aboard our Kindergarten Families, and bid Bon Voyage to our 6th-grade families! This evening fundraiser will feature live and silent auctions, a buffet dinner, and a no-host bar. Whether you have your eye on the coveted Reserved Parking Spot, Front Row Tickets for 6th-grade promotion, or are just looking for some kid-free fun, don't miss the boat and join us as we set sail!

Ticket Information

• Tickets go on sale March 18, 8:00am
• Each registration includes appetizers, a buffet-style meal, and a drink ticket
• A limited number of reserved tables will be available each including 8 registration tickets, additional drink tickets, and a front-row seat to the auction

Early Bird Registration, Mar 18 - Mar 31
$70 - Single Ticket, $130 - Pairs Tickets

Regular Registration, Apr 1 - Apr 19
$75 - Single Ticket, $140 - Pairs Tickets

Late/On-Site Registration, Apr 20 - May 3
$85 - Single Ticket, $160 - Pairs Tickets

Reserve a table - bring 8 guests!

Phoebe Families - Donate an auction item to The Event
We are seeking donations for our silent and live auctions. We would like to highlight those contributions that come from our Phoebe Families! If you would like to donate an item, service, or experience, please fill out our Online Donation Form (above) or email The Event Crew. Donations are considered tax deductible and the Phoebe Hearst PTO's tax ID is 90-0742708.

Ticket Refund Policy
As our cruise prepares to depart, we understand that things change. Refunds (minus a $10 fee per ticket) are available until April 5th. You may transfer tickets to another person for no charge. Please email The Event Crew to request a refund or transfer.
