Thank you for considering a sponsorship for Phoebe Hearst Elementary’s biggest event of the year! Our annual fundraiser is a beloved tradition that brings together families, friends, and community partners for a fun-filled evening in support of our school.

Your sponsorship helps provide enriching experiences, vital classroom resources, and continued support for every student at Phoebe Hearst. We invite you to take part in this exciting night and share in the joy of giving back.

HOW DOES MY BUSINESS BECOME A SPONSOR?

For online payments, scroll down to view and select your level of sponsorship. We must receive your sponsorship commitment by April 10th to guarantee the associated sponsorship benefits, including inclusion in Phoebe Hearst The Event marketing materials. There are several sponsorship tiers for businesses or individuals:

$7,000 – Event Sponsor (only 1 available)
$5,000 – Site Sponsor (only 1 available)
$3,000 – Bar Sponsor (only 1 available)
$2,000 – Dinner Sponsor (only 2 available)
$1,500 – Auction & Entertainment Sponsor (only 2 available) 
$1,000 – Community Sponsor

Only one Event Sponsor opportunity is available for The Event. This sponsorship includes:
- Logo featured at the top of all event signage and printed materials
- Recognition in all digital promotions and newsletters
- Verbal recognition during the event
- Premier logo placement on event website
- Option to display company banner at event
- Social media spotlight feature

$5,000 Site Sponsor Sponsorship Package

Only one Site Sponsor opportunity is available for The Event. This sponsorship includes:
- Logo prominently displayed on venue signage
- Recognition in digital promotions
- Verbal mention at the event
- Logo on event website
- Social media mention

$3,000 Bar Sponsor Sponsorship Package

Only one Bar Sponsor opportunity is available for The Event. This sponsorship includes:
- Logo signage prominently displayed at all bar stations
- Logo included in printed materials and event signage
- Logo on event website
- Social media mention
- Name a cocktail (optional)

$2,000 Dinner Sponsor Sponsorship Package
